Bushfire Trading Update 06/01/20

Our staff are safe. Our Batemans Bay office is still without mains electricity or NBN internet access. We have procured a small generator which has allowed us to restore power to key systems. Our phone system is operating via 3G so we do have basic telecommunications capability at the moment but this may be intermittent. We can be reached via phone on our normal number 02 4472 7199 or via email [email protected] during normal business hours. Due to the multitude of road closures our ability to provide onsite service and send out toners and other stock is currently limited but we will endeavour to provide it where it is safe to do so. Where we don’t have physical access we will try to assist remotely or over the phone to the best of our ability. We are prioritising support calls for emergency services, essential service providers and customers that have been impacted by these devastating bushfires.
