How do I access self help articles?
  1. Click the "Get Self Help Online" button on this page to go to the FUJIFILM support page
  2. In the search box, enter the name of your device (eg. DocuCentre-V C3374)
  3. Click the "Search" button
  4. Select the "Self Help" tab
  5. In the search box, enter a search term (eg. Replace toner cartridge)
  6. Select the self help article that you wish to access from the list of results
How do I download user guides?
  1. Click the "Get Self Help Online" button on this page to go to the FUJIFILM support page
  2. In the search box, enter the name of your device (eg. DocuCentre-V C3374)
  3. Click the "Search" button
  4. Select the "Documentation" tab
  5. Click the blue download icon next to the user guide that you wish to download
How do I fix error code 116-324?
  1. Clear all print jobs from the print queue (the print queue may be located on your computer or on a server, if unsure please contact your IT)
  2. Turn off the devices power (some devices have power switches inside the front cover, if this is the case, turn it off here)
  3. Wait until the devices screen goes blank and the lights on the device go out
  4. Hold down the "Start" and "Stop" buttons on the device together. Continue to hold down both buttons whilst you turn on the devices power by pressing the power button (as in step 2)
  5. The "Stop" and "Start" buttons must continue to be held down together until the device comes back online
