What version of Windows do I have?
You can view what version of Windows you have by right clicking on "My Computer" or "Computer" (as applicable) and selecting "Properties" in the drop down menu.
You will need to take note of the "Windows Edition" (eg. Windows 7) as well as the "System Type" (ie. 32 bit or 64 bit) in order to download the correct driver. What version of Mac OS X do I have?
You can view what version of Mac OS X you have by clicking on the Apple icon and selecting "About This Mac" in the drop down menu.
