What version of Windows do I have?
You can view what version of Windows you have by right clicking on "My Computer" or "Computer" (as applicable) and selecting "Properties" in the drop down menu.

You will need to take note of the "Windows Edition" (eg. Windows 7) as well as the "System Type" (ie. 32 bit or 64 bit) in order to download the correct driver.
What version of Mac OS X do I have?
You can view what version of Mac OS X you have by clicking on the Apple icon and selecting "About This Mac" in the drop down menu.

You will need to take note of the "Version" number (eg. 10.11.3) in order to download the correct driver.
Do I need I need the PCL or Postscript driver?
For Windows systems, PCL is generally the most applicable driver.

For Mac OS X systems, Postscript is generally the most applicable driver.
How do I download a driver?
  1. Click the "Download Drivers" button on this page to go to the FUJIFILM support page
  2. In the search box, enter the name of your device (eg. DocuCentre-V C3374)
  3. Click the "Search" button
  4. Select the "Drivers" tab
  5. In the "Operating System" drop down menu, select your version of Windows or Mac OS X (as applicable).  Please note that 64 bit drivers are indicated by the listing of 64 bit after the operating system version (eg. Windows 7 64 bit) whilst 32 bit drivers are indicated by the lack of 64 bit listed after the operating system version (eg. Windows 7)
  6. Click the blue download icon next to the "Recommended" Driver
  7. Download or save the file
  8. Extract the downloaded file by right clicking on it and selecting "Extract All" (Windows) or double clicking it (Mac OS X)
How do I get my devices IP address?
The devices IP address can be obtained by pressing the "Machine Status" button and selecting "Machine Information" on the screen.
How do I install a windows driver?

What are the best practices for Windows driver configuration?
The following settings can be accessed by right clicking on your device under Control Panel>Devices & Printers.

Printer Properties>Ports>Configure Port:
  • Port Type – Standard TCP/IP Port
  • Protocol – LPR
  • Queue Name – lp
  • SNMP Status Enabled – Unticked

Printer Properties>Configuration>Bi-Directional Setup:
  • Get Printer Information Automatically – On
How do I default a windows driver to black and white or colour?
  1. Navigate to Control Panel>Devices & Printers
  2. Right click on the device and select "Printing Preferences" in the drop down menu
  3. Under Output Colour, select "Black and White" or "Colour" (as applicable)
  4. Click the "Ok" button
How do I default a Mac OS X driver to black and white or colour?
  1. Open a document
  2. Click on "File"
  3. Select "Print..."
  4. Select "FUJIFILM Features" in the drop down menu
  5. Select "Black and White" or "Colour" (as applicable) under the Output Color drop down menu
  6. Select "Save Current Settings as Presets..." under the Presets drop down menu
  7. Rename the Preset Name
  8. Click the "OK" button
How do I uninstall a Windows driver?
  1. Navigate to Control Panel>Devices & Printers
  2. Right click on your device and select "Remove Device" in the drop down menu
  3. Click the "Ok" button
How do I uninstall a Mac OS X driver?
  1. Navigate to System Preferences>Printers & Scanners
  2. Select your device in the list
  3. Click the minus symbol
HOW DO I SET THE DEFAULT PRINTER IN WINDOWS?
  1. Navigate to Control Panel>Devices & Printers
  2. Right click on your device and select "Set as default printer" in the drop down menu
  3. Click the "Ok" button
