Sustainability
Our responsibility to internal and external stakeholders spans the three pillars of sustainability. Whether they are employees, customers, business partners or the broader community, our stakeholders expect us to do the right thing by finding the right balance between economic, environmental and social considerations.
|
Economic
Economic sustainability is all about remaining economically viable as a business. Having been in business for over 30 years, we know what it means to achieve a sustainable level of economic viability. By using this knowledge and our access to leading products we are able to help your organisation leverage your print infrastructure to give you a competitive advantage in your respective marketplace. By streamlining your document intensive processes we aim to lower operating costs and improve productivity. All of which can be contributors to overall economic sustainability in your organisation.
|
Environmental
Environmental sustainability is about minimising the environmental impact that your organisation has. In 2008 we appointed a staff member as “Sustainability Champion” and begun auditing our own environmental performance in areas such as end of life equipment, electricity, fuel, waste, water and paper. Social
Social sustainability is all about giving back to the community that supports you. Over the years, we have sponsored or participated in a range of community programs including donating to Apex, the Salvation Army and Youth Off the Streets, allowing paid time off for our staff members to participate in the Sparks reading mentor program, sponsoring a range of local school award programs, scholarships and sporting and social clubs and offering discounted B/W copying for Not For Profit organisations in the copy centre.
