What is a remote support session?
A remote support session involves one of our service team temporarily logging in remotely and taking control of your computer to troubleshoot an issue.

It is particularly useful for troubleshooting print driver issues as it allows our service team to see what you see, ensuring that we are on the same page.

Remote support is powered by a tool called Splashtop SOS.
How secure is the Splashtop SOS connection?
The Splashtop SOS connection between your computer and our service team is encrypted using SSL which is the same technology used to protect online banking sessions.
How do I launch a remote support session?
  1. Click the "Connect" button on this page
  2. When prompted, run or download/save and then run (as applicable) the Splashtop SOS application
  3. When prompted, press the "Yes" button to allow the application to make changes to your computer
  4. Provide the 9 digit code to the technician​
How do I end a remote support session?
  1. Press the red "Disconnect" button to disconnect at anytime
  2. If you downloaded/saved the application before running it, you can now delete it
Will you be able to access my computer after the session ends?
No. Once the session has ended, our service team cannot reconnect without your authorisation.
