How do I check consumable levels?
The device will generally display a message on the top of the screen advising when a consumable needs to be ordered.
Alternatively, consumable levels can be obtained by pressing the "Machine Status" button and then selecting the "Supplies" tab on the screen.
How do I find the serial number?
The serial number is usually located on the "Device ID" label on top of the device.
Alternatively it can be obtained by pressing the "Machine Status" button and selecting "Machine Information" on the screen.
How many consumables can I order at once?
For devices under a service and maintenance agreement, limits apply to how many consumables can be ordered at once. These limits are based on the volume that the device has done as indicated by the meter readings.
These limits ensure that the amount of consumables that you have on hand are kept to a manageable level. As consumables only have a limited shelf life, restricting the amount of consumables you keep on hand helps avoid issues associated with using consumables past their shelf life.
How long does delivery take?
For consumables sent via courier, please allow up to 3 business days for delivery. However, orders placed before 2:30pm are usually dispatched the same day which often results in next business day delivery for many areas.
For consumables sent via Australia Post, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.
If you do not receive your delivery within 3 business days (and you have not been advised of any delays) please Contact Us.
When should I replace the consumable?
Please do not replace the consumable until the "Replace Now" message is displayed on the screen of the device.
Do not replace the consumable when the "Replace Soon" message is displayed on the screen of the device. This message simply acts as a warning to check that you have a spare replacement consumable on hand and if not to order one.
Only replace the consumable prior to the "Replace Now" message displayed on the screen of the device if directed to do so by one of our service team members.
How do I install the consumable?
What should I do with the used consumable?
The used consumable should be placed back in it's original box and then placed in a Fuji Xerox Cartridge Recovery Box. It is especially critical for used Waste Toner Bottles to be placed back in the original box and supplied plastic bag to ensure the waste toner is contained during transport.
Once the Fuji Xerox Cartridge Recovery Box is full, please Contact Us. After pickup, a replacement Fuji Xerox Cartridge Recovery Box will be dispatched. If you don't currently have a Fuji Xerox Cartridge Recovery Box and would like one, please Contact Us.
What happens to returned consumables?
Consumables collected and returned in a Fuji Xerox Cartridge Recovery Box are sorted and then sent to the Fuji Xerox Eco Manufacturing Centre is Sydney where they are recycled.
