At the FX Business Centre, sustainability is at the heart of our business.
After winning the inaugural 2008/2009 Fuji Xerox Dealer Sustainability Challenge, the team is committed to continuous improvement in implementing a culture of sustainability with our staff, customers and suppliers. It was a tough challenge which saw us go head to head with 20 other dealer regions right accross the country. Ultimately the judging panel concluded that the thoroughness of the response and commitment to sustainability shown by FX Business Centre made us a convincing winner.
The 2008/2009 sustainability program involved improving business processes in relation to end of life equipment, parts and the management of waste, water and paper. A number of key improvements were made including;
The key to the sustainability challenge ahead lies with our ability as a company to influence the sustainability outcomes for our customers, both environmentally and financially. This is where our “Smart Digital Office” initiative comes in, which aims to help our customers streamline their document management processes. This not only allows our customers to reduce their carbon footprint but also save money, a winning proposition and one which we believe gives us an edge over the competition. It is only by engaging our customers in this journey that we can truly reach our sustainability goals.
On the 18/12/09 Kizweb Pty Ltd (FX Business Centre) celebrated its 22nd birthday.
That’s 22 years of loyal service to the local community. 22 years of providing the right solution. 22 years of providing industry leading service. 22 years of locals supporting locals.
It’s a testament to our staff and our customers who have made it all possible. As a matter of fact our first ever service technician employed is still an active member of our service team today and our first ever customer is also still with us today.

The feedback from our customers was that you wanted to be kept more up to date on the latest news, get some tips from our experts on how to more effectively manage your document management infrastructure and have an easier system for interacting with us on support related issues. We have designed the new website with this feedback in mind and have also made it easier for potential clients to find out a bit more about us and the services we offer.
We have a long history of utilizing the web to connect with our customers, having established our first brochure website (well I suppose a webpage because it only had one page!) in 1996.
