
Established in 1987 The FX Business Centre has a long history of providing solutions to help clients manage their documents effectively. It all started with an idea by Rank Xerox (Now Fuji Xerox) of appointing strategic partners in regional Australia in order for Xerox to offer better service to their clients (ie. locals supporting locals).
The FX Business Centre was founded by Bill Hirzinger, a former Senior Rank Xerox service engineer, to provide Xerox Document Solutions to clients on the South Coast and Monaro Region of NSW, Australia. This background ensured that the FX Business Centre would always be a Service focused organization. Bill’s mantra of “provide the highest quality technical service and the sales will come” has seen the FX Business Centre become the leading Document Management focused provider in our region.
Originally trading as The Xerox Shop Batemans Bay the name was changed to Xerox Business Centre Batemans Bay in 2005 to better reflect our Business to Business focus. In January 2010 the business had one of the biggest transformations in its history as we became the FX Business Centre. The change wasn’t only in the trading name but in the restructuring of our business to focus on offering our clients complete print and document management solutions in order to improve their information workflows. Utilizing our experience and the industry’s leading hardware and software platforms we expect to be able to help our clients improve efficiencies, lower costs and lessen their environmental impact.
