Deciding to do business with the FX Business Centre in Batemans Bay was a relatively simple decision; they're a local business in a small community who have a great reputation.

As we hadn't dealt with Xerox before, we were cautious initially. As we run a paperless office, the equipment we require to run our business has to be precise, reliabile and most importantly product support, knowledge and after sales service from Xerox is of great importance to us.

From the outset we have dealt with Andrew Di Filippo, who we have found to be a wealth of knowledge. Not only was Andrew happy to meet in our office so he could see firsthand how our business runs and what our reguirements are, he was also able to determine exactly what piece of equipment we needed.

Andrew was happy to discuss all our options at length and most impressively gave us different photocopier choices, with all the advantages and benefits we would gain.

Probably the most impressive part of our business relationship is that nothing is too hard. Whether we have a simple feature question, require a bit of product training or just a toner, the staff are more than happy to help.

As a result of our experience with Andrew, the team at Xerox and the way we were able to simplify the operations of our office, (hence increasing productivity), some 18 months later we purchased another photocopier.

Just a short note to once again thank you for your assistance the other weekend, we were in a difficult situation having the need to replace a toner which ran out unexpectantly. Just a few words of thanks for firstly your assistance received for the purchase of our new photocopier for the Bombala Community Technology Centre and secondly the wonderful response to our technical difficulties when an error turned up for our black toner.  As it was slap bang in the middle of our show season, I was not always available when your staff were, but they worked in with my times and were very prompt with times given to me.  Further to that they were extremely thorough with their work on the copier leaving both the area and the copier as they were found leaving everything clean and tidy.
